Service Description

Our kids program was developed with the assistance of a psychologist. It is perfect to improve self-confidence, a better self-esteem, respect and discipline. During class the students will practice solo drills, mobility and motor coordination exercises. Burning energy and having a lot of fun, while learning how to defend themselves.
